Head of Service Delivery

Job Description:

  • Ensure all IT systems can run according to SLA
  • Perform managerial and supervisory functions as well as controlling in system and application operations
  • Perform analysis, planning and design of IT applications and systems at MST
  • Responsible for the development and improvement of IT and Security systems at TMT Group.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategies and policies in accordance with company policies, especially in MST and TMT Group in general
  • Responsible for the annual budget process (Budgeting) on ​​the Operational side

Qualification:

  • Experience of 3 to 6 years in a reputed organization handling IT Infrastructure and Operations.
  • Must have good knowledge of IT Infrastructure Management, Monitoring of Systems and Network, Asset Management, capacity & demand management, Incident Management, Networking and service level management.
  • Must have experience on multiple hardware and software environments and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous system environments.
  • Experience of handling Cloud Infrastructure, Data Center infrastructure, System Administration, System Upgradations & installations, implementing major projects from procurement till commissioning, project management, technical problem solving skills and service operations essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of handling information security in complex heterogeneous environments would be an added advantage.
  • ITIL V.3 or ISO 27001 Certification desirable.
