2023
March
- On March 1, 2023, PT Chakra Jawara (CJ) inaugurated the National Distribution Center (NDC) facility in Cakung, East Jakarta, as a distribution center for CJ's supplies and Branch Offices in Java and Sumatra.
2022
November
- On November 12, 2022, PT Triyasa Propertindo launched MAIIN Gandaria project, a Sport Complex and Mini Eco-park facility with basketball court, mini soccer, and green open park, as a new sports destination in South Jakarta.
October
- On October 19, 2022, PT Chakra Jawara launched a new IVECO T-Way product designed to suit the customer's business needs, as a form of commitment to continuous development as well as an effort to support the Government's steps in establishing the Euro5 regulation.
July
- On July 21, 2022, PT Triyasa Propertindo carried out the groundbreaking agenda for the MAIIN Gandaria project, marking the start of the construction of the Sport Complex and Mini Eco-park facilities.
April
- On April 21, 2022, PT Mitra Solusi Telematika officially collaborated with Rajant, a leading U.S. company in the field of wireless mess networks. Through Rajant’s unrivalled BreadCrumb product, MST facilitated its costumers in the process of transferring data from operating heavy equipment to the control room and monitored using the Fleet Management System.
February
- PT Chakra Jawara inaugurated a new branch in Morowali, Central Sulawesi, to reach out to potential customers of the company who are not only focusing on coal mining, but also nickel mining business.
2018
September
- In September 2018, the transfer of ownership of LOKA Supermarket from Mahadya to MahaDasha was completed. Through this transition, MahaDasha became the operator of LOKA.
2016
August
- On August 1, 2016, PT Triyasa Propertindo launched their first landed house product, Samira Residences, Sentul.
2015
August
- PT Chakra Jawara entered on-the-road business segment by introducing its flagship product IVECO 682 at a press conference and launching event held on August 22, 2015 in two places at once, Atria Serpong Hotel and IVECO booth at GIIAS 2015.
May
- PT Chitra Paratama signed a distributorship agreement with PT Trelleborg Indonesia. Trelleborg is a Swedish tire brand specializing in agricultural, forestry and industrial tire products.

July
- Mahadya expanded its business in the retail market by launching a lifestyle supermarket, LOKA.
June
- Mahadya expanded its business by launching Wingstop in Indonesia, one of the leading chicken wings restaurants from the United States.
2013
April
- PT Mega Mahadana Hadiya (Mahadya) was established as a strategic business unit that will house businesses engaged in the retail industry, especially F&B and lifestyle.
2012
September
- On September 18, 2012, the Ground Breaking Ceremony of Gran Rubina Business Park located in Rasuna Epicentrum, Kuningan, South Jakarta was held. Gran Rubina is targeted to become an iconic Green Office Building in the Central Business District (CBD) area of Kuningan, Jakarta.
2011
July
- PT Triyasa Propertindo purchased land in the SCBD area of Kuningan as the first commercial office development, Gran Rubina Business Park.
2010
December
- PT Triyasa Propertindo which was originally a direct division under TMT, became one of the strategic business units under MahaDasha management.
November
- MahaDasha was established as part of Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT) Group restructuring which started in 2009. MahaDasha manages 5 business units namely PT Chakra Jawara, PT Chitra Paratama, PT Tri Swardana Utama, PT Triyasa Propertindo and PT Chandra Sakti Utama Leasing.
