Job Description:

  • Conduct information gathering, research, and analysis of the Indonesian market, including government sectors and regulations, to identify new business opportunities
  • Schedule and attend meetings, and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and potential business partners
  • Set goals and develop strategic plans for business and revenue growth, including researching, planning, and implementing initiatives for new target markets
  • Assist in overseeing and developing corporate strategies to support business growth and stability
  • Support the establishment of strategic plans for the business (e.g., forum meetings, brainstorming sessions, kick-off meetings, etc.)
  • Assist in developing strategies (Vision, Mission, Values, Objectives, Strategic Analysis, Strategy Formulation) for both the holding company and its subsidiaries
  • Translate strategies into actionable corporate strategy maps, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in aligning organizational structures and goals across the holding company and its subsidiaries
  • Develop and monitor performance management systems for the holding company and its subsidiaries

Kualifikasi:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance/Management/related field
  • At least 3-5 years experiences in investments, merger & acquisition, business development and strategic planning
  • Excellent analytical, research, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Excellent financial modelling, financial data, and feasibility studies
  • Exposure or experience in F&B Retail, Consumers, Heavy Equipment, Property Hospitality and multifinance sectors would be an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and spoken
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required, as the role involves pitching and relationship building with stakeholders
  • Highly agile and resourceful, with willingness to be thoroughly involved with both planning and execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to solve problems by considering available information, prioritizing, and making timely decisions, and to draw logical conclusions
  • Respond to change in a positive manner and willingness to support your colleagues, where needed

Finance Coordinator - LOKA

Job Description:

  • Recording and documenting accruals, AP, and AR of Loka Supermarket under proper cost center, accounting method, policies (including SOPs and WIs), tax regulations, and data management
  • Preparing timely daily, weekly, and monthly aging, reconciliation, listing, GL, and other supporting details data in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and financial assertions
  • Implementing proper internal control in the finance operations business process
  • Monitor all payments made, update payment status on the system and respond to payment queries and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors
  • Monitor recurring expenses, follow up and review of Goods Receipt (GR) and other information to be used for accrual during month-end closing
  • Liaising with internal and external parties regarding accruals, AP, and AR data and documents (e.g., with the Reporting & MIS for the closing process, with internal and external auditors for the audit process, with Treasury for cash flow monitoring and forecast)

Qualification:

  • Basic accounting
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Basic Microsoft Word
  • Basic Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Methodical, orderly, and organised in documenting works, data, and documents, and
  • Intermediate written English

  • Having good experience and/or working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 356 application, especially Power Apps & Power BI
