Job Description:

• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of HSE Policies & Procedures
• Identify environmental and safety issues and possible incidents caused by these issues and adjust programs based on the results of identification
• Ensure compliance of HSE implementation in accordance with applicable plans and regulations
• Ensure the existence of P2K3 team, emergency team in the company
• Ensure ISO 45001 - 2018, SMKP, SMK3 and all Customer Audits meet targets
• Hold regular safety meetings and emergency drills
• Conduct counseling, induction, site visits and socialize procedures related to safety at work
• Establish a driving safety program and coordinate the program with each department
• Provide an annual HSE program that can be accounted for
• Establish an investigation team according to the type of incident that occurred
• Lead the team (in accordance with their capacity and authority) in identifying the root cause of the problem and preparing solutions to resolve the problem.
• Provide appropriate problem solutions and ensure that the incident will not happen again in the future

• Planning, developing, and implementing training programs for operating heavy equipment units (trucks and heavy trucks)
• Act as a facilitator in the training programs

Qualification:
