Job Description:

• Recruitment : Posting job vacancies, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Training & Development : Evaluating and manage employee performance at regular intervals e.g. every six months, designing and organizing training to improve employee skills and knowledge
• Organizing internal discipline: Manage employee discipline related to time, uniforms, and other non-technical matters
• Work Environment : Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees
• Administrative : Collecting employee administrative data and updating WI, SOP, and company policies related to UUCK

Qualification:

• Preferred age max 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree from Psychology or equivalent
• Experienced as HR Staff at least for 1 year (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Having a good knowledge about psychotest tools
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Familiar with Ms Office and SAP
• Advance on communication skills, problem solving, confidence and able to work individual or team
